Squats Galore!! Love it! The thing I like the most is is that your form is so consistent week after week and never seems to have any major breakdowns no matter what the weight. Awesome!!

Those dips are just insane.

Thanks guys, it was a good day, and I'm feeling quite recovered too. I think if I had a spotter I could have been more brave on the pause, but any PR on bench, I will accept!
