September 5th, 2012

Day 33

All is well. Weight is holding steady the last 8 days. No additional weight loss. Sleeping less but far more productive. Staying up later writing and feel good during the day.

8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in coffee, 16 ounces.
5:00 pm - 4 eggs with cream cheese sauce - cream cheese, butter, cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Added spicy green salsa on top. This was amazing!
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.

I ate half of this:

You're body is using fat as a fuel now. I saw a video talking about endurance athletes eating high fat diets up until a big event then switching to high carb and kinda "doubling down" on their energy supply for the race or whatever. Cool to see it in action. Your meals sound amazing btw.

What you refer to here, is there goal is full depletion then when they carb up there body swells and holds 4x the normal carbs it would. Providing them with 4X the normal fuel and energy.

Just like a depletion, refill timing some competitive bbers go threw.

First day after full depletion your body holds 4X normal carbs then the next 2 days it still soaks up extra, but less day 2 and less day 3 then day 4 it only sucks up the normal levels.

Our bodies also have a way of prioritizing: burning carbohydrates first, then fats and finally proteins.

Steve you keep rocken this out, brother.

You are trading what you want in the present for what you want in your future. You are the sower of your own seeds in your personal goal, and these will grow and prosper into your goal dreams. You are the master gardener.

You are treating yourself as you ought to be, and in this you become what you are capable of being. Each day that passes a new you presents itself; the body is accumulation of its past, and this is why you will stand on your personal podium in triumph with the new you, and be proud and personally honorable.

Keep giving yourself the gifts you deserve.

Rock on, Steve

Peace and Happiness to you and your family,

Don

So brakeing it down on the low side this would be the details?

I reverse calculated it with your protein grams and % in my protrack. The cals are auto filled in with the pro % and grams. I can only go in 5% increments for each macro.
