Of course when training is going great, I get the flu! Been out since my last session dealing with that but finally feeling well enough to get back into the gym today.

We will see how it goes, lost some weight but oh well, we deal with what life presents us!

Oooh, bad news bears for me the past week. Trained last Wednesday and had a good session, squatted 515 in my wraps.

Then it went downhill, I went to New Orleans for a bachelor party until Sunday and lost a part of my soul to that city. Afterwards, I managed to get sick again but I finally got a training session in last night but felt terrible. Hopefully the next 2 this week don't go too bad. I am 9 weeks out, getting exciting.
