I've been hammering on those heavy upright rows lately too. Seem to work my shoulders and traps hard so I am sticking with them.

Thanks guys, really feeling good right now.

Steve I was hesitant about putting the upright rows in but I figured I might as well give it a shot. We will see how it plays out, it was a definitely a good feeling!
