Thanks guys, looking for a 625 deadlift by the end of 2012. It's in my mind so we will see what happens now, it's never a good thing when I set my mind on something.

Thanks! We will see, I am feeling pretty good about it. I think I have decided to compete in December as well, it will be the first time since injuring my back so I am super excited and motivated about that.

Not sure yet, haha ... there are a bunch in the area around the time that I am looking at so I gotta look some more and see what catches my eye.

Not much to report this weekend, just took it easy and got some other things done that have been on the to-do list. Here is Friday's workout though:

Right now I train out of Brutal Iron Gym in Rock Hill, SC which is about 20 minutes from me.

Before that I trained at Elite Fitness in Huntersville, though after moving apartments it ended up being too far of a drive. Both are great gyms for someone who is serious about trainig. The only thing I miss about Elite is the fact that they just got a monolift as I was moving.
