Default DOMS

I just read an interesting abstract on DOMS. It includes the following sentence, “Cryotherapy, stretching, homeopathy, ultrasound and electrical current modalities have demonstrated no effect on the alleviation of muscle soreness or other DOMS symptoms.”

That homeopathy and the other modalities didn’t help didn’t surprise me as I think they’re all worthless. But the stretching did; I feel like stretching after a workout helps to reduce DOMS. Any thoughts?

yes Stretching the next day relives my soreness more than anything. Epson salt baths also help.

Never tried Epsom salts, but good to know I'm not alone on the stretching.
