Default Cardio - First or Last?

If you were doing two sessions in a day consisting of one lifting and one cardio which order would you do them in and why? I have been doing my cardio at noon and weight-training at 8pm.

Lifting would be my main concern and I like to lift late in the evenings so for me I'd do cardio earlier

If your focus is lifting, lift first.

In my opinion that would work fine. Obviously don't run yourself into the ground if you have Squats later on!

I do sled sessions in the AM and lifting in the PM. Just because thats when the crew gets tovether to train. If i hit the sled in the morning, i have all but forgotten about it once weight smashing time rolls around...

I never run on squat day but I often run the following day which can be rather emotional. In fact I've just done it now and my legs are hating me

I would let my lifting time dictate the cardio work. I am most comfortable lifting late night, so cardio would have to be AM. But if I have to do them both in a single session, it will be lifting followed by cardio,

I don't really follow a schedule. I just lift a few times a week and then make sure to get some other form of exercise in whenever I can.

I usually do lifting first then do the cardio. Like to be strong for my lifting sessions.

Do the one that allows you to do the second later. If you are more likely to not do cardio if your train first, then train second.
