Ok....That sounds good, I will drop to one heavy set of rows and then do a couple back off sets with a bit higher reps like you said.

Well, if you think it looks good otherwise, I`ll just stick with it for a good 6 months or more like mentioned. Any other changes or recommendations?

Hope we helped some. My only other recommendation is to attack every set, getting the most out of it you can.
