Bench Press: 135x20, 225x5, 265x4, 295x3, 305x2, 310x1, 320x1, 335x1 (probably a 70% effort, need to work on speed of lock out more)

Manpon Bench: 295x5x5

Supinated Pulldown: 3x10x240

Machine Flye: 2x20x175

Walking 3mph 8incline 10 minutes

So my resp doc says my lungs are actually better than they were a year ago as evidenced by an 8% in tidal volume...so that's awesome. He did say I sounded like shit and he gave me a new inhaler to try, but overall I am actually better than what I was. I am guessing my symptoms are heavily related to being in school full time and being unemployed.

Sounds like a nice improvement. I did PFTs for 5 years and rarely saw improvements that good.

Military Press: 10x135, 5x155, 4x185, 3x195, 2x200, 1x205, 1x215, 1x225 (80% effort)
BTN Press Seated: 5x8x145
Straight Bar Pullover/Tri Ext: 4x15x85
Curl with same bar: 4x15x85

Did that as a super set.

Military press felt really hard today, starving and exhausted are not the best conditions to commandingly push weight over head.

Anyway, I pulled something, I think my infraspinatus. It hurt after squats the other day but it went away, now it's hurting again. Anyone have a 90lbs vietnamese woman they can loan me?

Been having back problems as of late, probably due to lack of movement and being chained to my books all day, every day.

I decided to begin a 5 week Strong 15 short cycle to get my 1rm max's back to something respectable. It's a squat/bench/dead split, nothing mind blowing but I hope to be in the 500/high 300/600 range again, so at least I can start working towards something not miserable.
I picked random max's that are sort of low, but I want to be able to hit all of these at the same time, no more retard random strength bursts. So...Sq: 500, Bp: 385, DL: 600. I know it sounds stupid, BUT being someone who will probably be in the 308's for the forseeable future, I don't want to compete until I can at least crush a 1500 total at will, it just seems like a waste of time and money otherwise. Diet will be using IIFYM calculator as a guide set at 3200 calories. I won't be suprised if I lose 10-12lbs if I can get myself to start eating on the regular and not just sporadically. It's only 5 weeks, even I can not fuck up for 5 weeks.

BW:299
10/2/2013

Squat: 135x20, 225x10, 315x5, 365x1, 390x1, 415x1
Pause Squat: 2x3x315
RDL: 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 305x5
DB Shrugs: 5x20x65
Calve Raise: 2x20x150

Everything in bold is what I had planned to hit as according to the program.

Some ankle and knee pain...I'll have to start using knee sleeves as the weights go up.
