Started backloading on Wednesday and down under 100kgs already. Always get a big initial drop (down from ~103kgs a week before) so expecting something more sensible next week. Trained at 1:30 yesterday and only had coffee with cream and a scoop of whey in water before. Felt strong and good energy

Aiming to get sub 95kgs in this phase, possibly as low as 93 but no rush so if I need to do this in 2 or more phases instead of 1, that's fine.

Next weigh-in on Wednesday or Thursday.

So you guys weigh yourselves first thing in the morning on scheduled days? I tend to weight myself only on Sunday mornings. Today I was 92.3kg Was 97kg a couple of months back and have hit various PRs since. Measurement around the belly button has dropped 2-3 inches I believe. Still have a pot (power belly though).

Yeah I measure on a Thursday morning on an empty stomach first thing. Gives a consistent reading.

Yeah first thing, it's when I would check weight on competition day so it just makes sense.

93.6kg today.

I've trained every day this past week and not cheated for some 10 days so I'm going to have some carbs with my meal tonight as I'm feeling very, very flat. Hopefully this should aid the Squat workout tomorrow.

Anyway, pleased with this.
