I'm not an expert on either, and can't say I've ever even tried them...but anytime I'm looking to add a new excersise, I always read up on Exrx.net. They have endless information on moves, muscles, how they work together, etc.. Also have little gif images showing proper form and technique for most moves. Pretty awesome IMO..
