Uh, between 32 and 33 depending on the time of day lol. That would be good; I mean, there's belt in my gym but danggit I'm trying to resist as long as possible haha

Also, pull the bar into your shoulders. I do all of my squats high bar.

Other than that, not sure what to tell you. perhaps PM JB or Steve for some additional thoughts. You fixed your deadlift, so no reason to think you cant fix your squat.
True true true! Thank you Jim. I think I'm focusing on keeping the knees out and sitting back, which clearly isn't working for me. As you said, I need to focus on merely "squatting down to pick up a quarter".

I asked Steve about my low bar v. high bar squat form and he continued to recommend that I perform Low Bar. On my 50% sets I am going to begin performing high bar squats.

Pulling the bar in to the shoulders has been one of the toughest cues for me to remember and adhere to - I'm not sure why but hopefully heavy squatting 1x week and light squatting 1x will help to "grease the groove"

Great video!

1.) Definitely need to focus on the tight upper body and as he said, esp. pulling down the bar as I drive out of the hole
2.) Mobility I believe is pretty good - I perform goblet squats for a set of 10-20 reps with 50lbs every time I step in to the gym
3.) Still working on the bar path, but focusing on driving the bar with my traps is improving
