With your lifting experience that amount of weight is considerable! And you stayed pretty damn lean as well. Along with all your travel you are doing great balancing it all.

Thanks fellas! After looking long and hard in the mirror I'm going to continue gaining mass slowly but surely. I still feel relatively lean I'm in love with my new routine!

Standing OHP - 130x5x3 -> increase to 132.5
Snatch Grip DL - 320x5x3 -> increase to 325
High Bar Squat - 255x5x3 -> increase to 260
Bench Press - 220x5x3 -> increase to 225
Deadlift - 410x5x3 -> increase to 415
