Nice work and I've noticed all new growth (all over) once I feel in love with leg day!! I watched the video's today before my leg workout.

DEADLIFT DAY WEEK 10

Had an absolutely great evening at the CrewGym doing doubles on pulls Wednesday night. I have done 500X2 before, but that was only one set, and then I decreased the weight. I have never done this kind of weight before over 3 sets. After-wards, my legs were completely rubberized, but lower back was just fine lol.

At about halfway thru my session, one of the Crew guys, Dave, showed up. He is built and as strong as a tank, and is an absolutely great strength coach and mentor. Needless to say, I respect him so much for not only that, but his form on all his lifts. He makes a 500 squat look like child's play. At any rate, we started talking, and he asked me when i joined the Crew. I told him July of 2012, when I met Brian out at my first meet. He then said "and what a great addition you have been, I have never seen anyone work and try as hard as you do Jim". I then told him my lifting today would not have been possible if it weren't for him, and how much I appreciate his coaching to me every weekend. He then told me that he rarely coached, if ever, before i came along, because he was sick and tired of repeatedly teaching the same things over and over to people who don't seem to listen. Dave said I was different, and that i soak up everything like a sponge and that he loves coaching me for that reason and the fact I always try and work so hard, and especially thru all the shit I have been thru, and my age.

I tell you guys, that really made me realize just how far I have come this past year. It's been such a crazy ridiculously good year, I mean I haven't even had a single ache or pain or tweak. (Knocks on wood haha)

And for Dave to recognize me like that means absolutely everything to me, because he coached me every weekend and has taught me all the technique. What a great man and coach. I am so damn fortunate.

Dave even taught me how to do lat pulldowns properly tonight!!! There is a technique to them!

I can't imagine anyone NOT being impressed when they see you do a session like that! Your hard work is something to admire.
