Looks like I'd better make sure I do! LOL.

No 3rd session this week/weekend - Easter, meh. No 3rd session next week either - Anzac Day, and we're heading to the coast for a few days, starting on that day.

Week after next, everything should be back to normal, at least for a while.

Might think about joining one of those 24/7 gyms anyway... all these public holidays are starting to get quite annoying.

Great progress in here. You're right on strength loss; once your weight stabilises it'll come back. I always recommend staying at a weight for a while once you've hit it to allow your body to get used to it and solidify.

Fen, Ravi, Swede - yep, enjoying the time off, and hoping to put it all into the two sessions for this week. One squats and bench, the other deadlifts and ohp (etc.)
