Default hello all

Hello everybody I'm starting the forum to gain the knowledge I need to become strong. I have dabbled in teaching myself nutrition and have been fumbling through that for a couple of years. I use to lift when i was younger, but I then started school full time and work full time and so on and so forth. I just want to learn how to lift, and to challenge myself everyday to make a better life, and to just have fun.
