lift heavy ass weights, get better sleep, eat meat, lose the fat, increase healthy fat intake, lower cortisol levels (stop being so damn stressed out)

2) Eat a man's diet. Eggs, chicken, steak, and FAT.

3) Don't masturbate to porn.

4) Get enough sleep per night

5) No smoking

6) No drinking

7) Sex

8) Low stress

All the above, but I think another way to tackle it is to reduce estrogen, which there is a good amount of proven ways to do.
