August 20th, 2014

Was challenged to bench 225x20. Stepped it up. Had to shit down bicep work after 4 sets. Left forearm was off.

Weight is dropping, muscles popping.

Bench Press
225 x 20
225 x 8

Machine Incline Bench
4 plates x 5 sets x 8 reps

Low Cable Crossovers
80 pounds x 5 sets x 10 reps

Lying Tricep Extensions
115 x 5 sets x 8 reps

Rope Cable Curls
80 x 4 sets x 10 reps
