Default Cardio Dumbbell Circuits

I'm thinking about doing some dumbbell circuits on off days as cardio. Probably with 25 pound dumbbells.

Any of you guys ever did this? And do you allow yourself any minimal rest at all in between exercises or circuits?

Sounds good. Full body super set (6-8 lifts) with about 45-60 seconds rest between sets.

fun lil medly i did some time ago with light DBs.

Looked something like this

OH press, arnold press, side raises, front raises, rear delt flyes,

After that tri extensions, crucifix flyes and flat bench flyes.

Last is db row, bi curls, shrugs and highpulls.

10 reps of each movement, no rest between movements but break between sets.

Tell me what you think of it if you try it =)

I like the idea of using some of those isolation exercises that I wouldn't normally do each week.
