I was lifting steady and hard for a couple years and I researched doing shows for a long time and in the end I just wasn't ready. You have to be persistent, dedicated and down right determined! Bodybuilding is not a part time gig, its a life style. You have to live it every day. You have to breath it every second. And most of all you can't make excuses for any short comings be cause only you have control of how you will look on any givin show day. So my advice is eat very clean, eat often, get plenty of sleep, take your vitamins and lift regularly and heavy! I hope this doesn't upset you in any way as this isn't my intention. I just want you to relize its not easy.
I take honesty to heart and really appreciate it the only before pic i have is with a shirt on u can tell the difference in arm size
badass[bad-ass] adj. - the epitome of the American male. He radiates confidence in everything he does, whether itís lifting weights, ordering a drink, playing a sport, buying a car, or dealing with women. Heís slow to anger, yet brutally efficient when fighting back.
The badass carves his own path. He wears, drives, drinks, watches, and listens to what he chooses, when he chooses, where he chooses. Badass style is understated but instantly recognizable.
