I do. I don't want to see you get above 210, but I would like to see you bulk slightly less aggressively for a while...so that you are gaining no more than 2-3 pounds per month. (on average)

If you bulk too aggressively from here on out you could balloon up, making it much harder to deal with your first cut.

coop, the pictures look good man, you are making progress. I agree with BTB, in the fact you should try to add some more mass. Maybe you should make a slightly different goal, pick a show to do in october or november of next year. give yourself a goal to shoot for.

Most of all just keep working hard, you are very young and have a ton of potential as long as you stay consistent and train hard from now on. You will compete in the future, do not rush it and make it a bad experience. Compete when you are ready and you will crush your competition

I do not really know all that much about diet. I have been basically on a steady bulk for my entire lifting career. I try to eat a lot, but not stuff myself. And I eat clean as much as I can. If I step on the scale and I am losing weight, I try to eat more. If I am losing weight, I try to eat a little less before bed.

What kind of diet are you on now? If you are on a serious bulk diet, I would keep with it and just eat a little less at each meal. And keep a check on your weight. I think pictures, mirrors, and weights are a better judge of whether you are gaining muscle than a scale.

This is just my opinion, and what I have done, I am sure there are better ways to do it.

Looking good man, you just have to bust it every single day. I bulked from April to October, only 6 months, and I easily put on 10 pounds of muscle. I started last October, working out to lose weight. I was 205 and probably 25% BF. After I lost all the weight I looked like a whimpy skinny kid. So I started bulking that April and when I starting cutting about a month ago I was at 195 and 16% BF or so. Hopefully that gives you an idea of what you can achieve in a 6 short months if you eat and lift big. Persistence is the key to success bro!
