Default Hk needs some answers!

dieting for awhile and is at maintenance. I am wondering a few things?

1. when maintaining (staying same weight) can you still build muscle or lose fat and keep muscle?

2. I take dextrose and wondering can I substitute if for fruit or is it safe to take without fat gain on it? 40g I take.

3. How eating healthy with no cheat days can it bring you into better shape besides well-being etc

4. farlik training kills!

NO. Muscle weighs more than fat. Even BBers cutting for comp can't do this OR they would have found the holly grail in nutrition ballance.

Yes it is recomended to take dextrose toward the end of work out and post work out. This will be shuttled to the muscle not turned into fat.

All depends on macro levels. You need a re-feed day if low carbs to keep healthy and cutting. If maintaining 1 cheet day a week won't hurt.
