For breakfast, you could always dump some oatmeal in the microwave. Or if you're not a fan of that, buy some shredded wheat and mix it with cinnamon, raisins, some sort of nuts, and have a protein shake on the side.
Or you could boil a crapload of eggs and make egg salad. And make some potato salad overnight to go along with it.
Something else that I like doing but a lot of people think is super weird, is making spaghetti sauce with ground beef, and then using it in sandwiches...so like a sloppy joe, except cold. It's pretty damn tasty if you use the right bread.
