Methods Of Madness - An Interview With Jeremy Wood

https://www.muscleandstrength.com/ar...remy-wood.html

Quote:
In a short period of time, Jeremy Wood went from being just another college athlete to one of the strongest young natural powerlifters in the game. But it isn't just his numbers that are impressive. Jeremy is a student of lifting, and is never satisfied with the status quo. For some, Jeremy's training frequency is shocking. But his lift totals pay testament to the methods behind his madness.

Awesome J. I didn't know you, like me were so inspired by Sipes... probably one of the few guys who truly can be called a power bodybuilder. **** he had a 600 lb squat and a 700 DL and never weighed more than 220!

Chuck sipes is pretty much what I want to be, I would love to stay around 220 and have his numbers. Plus he was a monster!
