Reasons to NOT Switch Routines every 8 to 12 weeks
I want to put together an article with simple, one line reasons on why you should not change routines every 8 to 12 weeks. Similar to this article:
100 Muscle Building And Fitness Myths Muscle and Brawn Bodybuilding and Powerlifting.
