Default Looking for an old school A/B split

I've been reading up alot on the guys like Reg Park and Steve Reeves and I like their style of training and I want to run an A/B split 3x a week. so far here's what i'm thinking (I also want to use 20 rep squats)

A
Bench Press
Barbell Rows
20 Rep Squats

B
Deadlift (1 stabilizer set)
BTN Press
Chin-up/Pull-up
Close Grip Bench Press

I know it's nowhere near done but it's just to give you guys a basic idea of what i'd like to be doing. any ideas?

A/B split is a real good choice for a program.

Let me dig through a few old programs I've got. I'll get some stuff posted up.

Monday - Workout A

Squat 3 6-10
Barbell Bench Press 3 6-10
Bent Over Row 3 6-10
Stiff Leg Deadlift 2 10-15
Ab Exercise (Pick your favorite) 3 10-25


Thursday - Workout B

Deadlift 3 6-10
Seated Barbell Press Behind Neck 3 6-10
Close Grip Bench Press 3 6-10
Standing Barbell Curl (or Standing Dumbbell Curl) 3 6-10
Seated Calf Raise 2 10-25

i saw that one on the M&S main site but i'd really like to lift 3x a week, could that one just be used 3x a week? just rotating A,B,A B,A,B?

Christy mentions that for his A/B. I think you could try it, and if the deadlift is too much, have a light and heavy deadlift day.

as of now i'm planning on doing reg park style deads so only 1 set so i don't think it will be too taxing
