well the dumbbell work is going well.

ive had the lamest of setbacks: my wisdom teeth are giving me problems (never took em out) and i cant chew anything. i took some pain killers(first time ever) and my stomach instantly rejected them, had me throwing up all night. never again.....

today was decent, upped 5 pounds to 105sx 12 on flat and incline pressing. surprising because sunday i honestly ate NOTHING(due to stomach,not teeth), nothing at all...... i dunno, feels bad man.

nothing to do but overcome i guess

Had a great back day today. Deadlifts were bothering my back so i stopped at 405x2. Pulldowns and straightarmed pulldowns went great. Then me and my brother had a bentover dumbbell row contest, it got ugly and ended up at 110'sx20 for 4 sets. Finished with the hammerstrength low-row machine, really love that thing for my upperback/lower traps.

Back was super pumped and cut. bueno.

thanks dmaipa and strkout

todays shoulder day went fairly well, i think delts are the only muscle group that i feel underworked by the new dumbbell substitution.

anywho
seated dumbbell press
wus 45x15 twice
70x10
90x10x4sets

lateral raises
35x12
45x10x3 sets
35x12

upright rows- blew, after second set shoulders werent firing and had discomfort
140x10
160x10 stopped

pecdec work set for rear delts- five sets, dont remember weight or reps... at that point i was just living off of matching my little brother.


looked pretty good, might be slightly leaner... or just more pumped (im guessing the later of the two)

heh theyre ok. i dont preach doing them, but i wanted to add another movement because i like overtraining and i like delt day. i could probably get away with only OH presses and lateral raises....but what fun is that
