Oh and some times on my days off of work I might have 4-5 all day. And I really do believe it has had some positive impact on my leanness lately.

Thanks guys I think I am going to order a couple of the LG Sciences stuff, I am thinking of taking ONE scoop of white flood about 45 minutes before my workout and then taking the bcaas right before my workout, or as I start to work out. And then after a little while completely getting off the pre-workouts and just focus on diet and other things.

Sometimes I think I am addicted to pre-workouts and I do not know how much they really help. Only one way to find out, get off of them.

Yes I have a bottle of caffeine pills, I take them every once in a while. Lately I have been using them when I work out 2 times in one day. I take my preworkout before my morning workout and then just take a caffeine pill before my next workout.

This is how myfor a while, right now decrease doses of preworkout and add in bcaas.Next, eliminate preworkout and take caffeine pill before workouts with bcaas, and finally just take bcaas for about a month maybe longer if it goes well. Then I will once again take a preworkout formula but I want to be better about cycling them.
