Default Coop's road to glory

I will be running a mostly fullbody routine starting may 30th if all goes right. I missed some posts in my last log but did not miss a workout i juat got very busy. Now time to SFW. Subscribe up and lets go. I will not cramp this up with to many posts like the other one it will be mainly my workouts.

Monday
--Bench Press 3 x 6-10
--Squat 1 x 20 or Leg Press 3 x 10 to 20
--Barbell Rows 3 x 6-10
--One Arm Side Laterals 2 x 8-15
--Calf Raises 2 x 10-20
--DB Curls or Pinwheel Curls 2 x 6-12
--Abs


Wednesday
--Deadlift 3x5 (Reg Park Style...working up to 1 heavy set)
--Seated Overhead Press 3 x 6-10
--Romanian Deadlifts 3 x 6-10
--Barbell Shrugs 2 x 6-15
--Closegrip Bench Press 3 x 6-10
--Side Bends 2 x 6-12
--Abs


Friday
--DB Bench Press 3 x 6-10
--Squat 3 x 6-10
--Pullups or Lat Pull Down 3 x 6-10
--Rear Laterals 2 x 8-15
--Calf Raises 2 x 10-20
--Barbell Curls 2 x 6-12
--Abs

I AM going to stay with this for probably 6 months to a year as btb has suggested me to do. Some of these movements i have not ever done much of which is why i like this routine. I will be editing this up if i have anything else to add.
