First Contest Prep!
Alright, I've decided I am going to do the Musclemania Texas competition on October 16, 2010. It will be my first competition, and I started this thread to get any tips and advice anyone may be able to provide. I am planning to bulk until approx. July 24, that will give me 12 weeks to prepare for the contest (cut down, pose, etc.).
