wow brutal leg/shoulder/abbs day.

i was squating 185 for 3 sets, barely got up the very last rep. 8 reps per set
I jump squated (DB) 50s for 3 sets, legs felt like jelly after it. 10 reps per
Lunged (DB) 35s for 3 sets. 10 reps per leg. My legs were wobbling so much.
Next i shoulder press(DB) 45's for 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps. I couldn't finish the last 2 sets unfortunately, but if we never failed, we wouldn't get better.
Next lateral raises with 20's for 10 reps, 3 sets
front raisees with 20's for 10 reps , 3 sets. shoulders killed after this.
Calf raises with 50's for 10 reps, 4 sets. My calfes were twitching after.
Abbs
crunches 3x30
Bycicles with twists 3x30
reverse crunches 3x30
burned so bad after crunches, killed after bycicles, was practicly crying after reverse crunches.

I started drinking an iced tea and lemonade for sugar/caffiene for pre workout. post i had a whey protien shake.

aw god i'm not goiong to be able to walk tomorrow. will look like an idiot walking up and down stairs in my school.

Back/bicep/forearm day was a reall killer.

i added in curls, concentration curls, and hammer curls.

Deadlift 3x8 200
Stiffleg Deadlift 3x10 160
Pull-ups 3x8,6,4
Rows 3x10 105
Single Rows (DB) 3x10 40's
Curls (DB) 3x10 25's last set i only got 9
Concentration curls (DB) 3x6(25's), 10(20's), 10 (20's)
Hammer curls (DB) 3x10 20's
Wrist Curls (DB) 3x10 40's
Reverse Wrist Curls (DB) 3x10 15's

I really like my iced tea/lemonade combo. It really gives me the best pumps. i also got my parents to buy pasterized egg whites. I drink them and it really helps alot when getting in all my protien for the day. My legs were really sore from yesterday, luckily i have a rest day tomorrow.
