First decent Squat session since being on the table.
Goblet Squats
10 x 2
Squats
Bar, 135 x 10
205 x 1
255 x 1
285 x 1 all well below parallel, Stopped, shoulder pain.

Leg Press
5pps x 10
6pps x 10 x 3

Good pump.

Have worked my way back up to 85lbs on declines for sets of 10, at least can do some form of pressing again, Yes!
Still have pain working on this with my DR, we have differing views of recovery expectations.

Thank you Sir.

Agreed still had pain today, caused some shakes trying to block it out, hope its just where they went in with the scope.

Today's glimpse.

Shoulder raises
5 angles 10r each so 50 reps per set
1.25lb plt 50r x 2s

Mild stretching btw sets

Low Pulls
20lbs x 25r
30lbs x 25r
40lbs x 25r x 2

Shrugs
Bar x 25r
65 x 25r
85 x 25r x 2

Push dwns 1 arm
20lbs x 25r x 3s R
30lbs x 25r x 3s L

Preacher Curls
20lbs x 25r x 3 R & L same weight.

Weakness, boring stuff nobody needs to read.

Tomorrow static stretching early then partial rom ballistic stretch work, w/ mild cardio.

Thx Ravi
WRONG! This is what everyone needs to read! If anything I can help with, please let me know!

Stubbornness solidifies my resolve, Endless drive has proven less bountiful as the years have passed.

ôLet me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!"
