I also felt the same way after getting my Nike Romaleo's. However, I don't think many members here get the message and/or cannot seem to afford them.

I couldn't be happier for you and this session my friend.
Thank you! Everything felt awesome.

This is true, I'm glad I made the investment and I feel it will pay itself off in the long run by not destroying my tennis shoes.

Thanks! I've really been focusing on squat form the past few months.

Ya think all the Bench bro's would scatter when they see you coming!

However, nothing wrong with an extended warm up. Big bench as usual!

Haha I wish that were the case!

Not at all, it was only a pump day anyway so the weights used didn't really matter much to me.

Default Deadlift

Deadlift:
Barx15
135x5
225x3
315x1
405x1
455x2

I'm feeling very slow off the floor. To the point of holding me back. I'm thinking this is due to lack of core strength and weak quads. Time to hit 'em hard again! Worked on the quads next exercise

Front Squat:
135x5
185x5
225x10
Add wraps
275x8
315x6 PR Have never attempted over 275, but today I was feeling it! The adipowers strike again!

Leg Curls:
6x8
8x8
10x8

Decline Weighted Sit-ups:
40x15
40x15
40x15

Workouts will be much different when I head back to college.

Great vids and lifts Hywelbane! I credit Pendlay Rows, and even McGill pull ups, for helping me develop enough power off the floor - so much so, my weak point changed from off the floor to lockout. I think doing explosive work is the key - I bet even power cleans would help.

Congratz on the big frontie PR as well - you and Fen are just killing it!!
