Went to do some hanging pikes, and something around the right of my tailbone didn't like it at all. So I didn't continue. Could be why my deadlifts suck atm as well...

Hopefully it's nothing major. :/

Strong session once again Dray ... 20 reps squat set are the REAL fun and true test of your endurance ... You will love them w/out any doubt ... Great volume and wts. on all the lifts ... keep up the beastly work brother ...

It's not random. Just adjusting what I'm doing a bit, when necessary. Otherwise, it'll stay as is. Whatever works.

Not my very first 20 rep set, but I haven't tried them for a long time, and never gave them a good run (did them maybe twice ever, I think). So I'm almost new to them.

Thanks Jio, OHDL. Will be increasing the weight on those by a decent amount each time for the foreseeable future... I hope.

Yeah, no idea what that "twinge" is/was. maybe just a bit of excess tightness or whatever. Doesn't seem to get in the way of squatting, which is something at least. Have been eating and sleeping since then like, uh, a really lazy and greedy critter, lol.
