Thanks! Went in today angry with my squats from yesterday and hit 365x1 no wraps and 405x1 with wraps.

Pump: 9/10 Legs got pumped just from a few sets of squats. Arms had veins popping out of everywhere.
Endurance: 9/10 Easy day. Didn't even really sweat.

Was honestly not pumped at all. No psych up. Nothing. Got under the bar and just did squat. After 405 I turned around and yawned. Not a brag by any means, I just mean that there was no doubt in my mind that I was getting the weight.

Did some arms/abs.

Pump: 8/10 Traps and Upper back are starting to get pumped again from deadlifts. Very nice.
Endurance: 7/10 Deload day, but still felt fairly average.

Not really much to say until next tuesday.

Still deloading. Messed around with form. Did conventional for most of today and once I hit ~405 my back starts to round, but before then I feel like I'm starting to get it. Moved my sumo stance in about 3" and holy it made things a lot easier.

Pump: 9/10 Chest was meh. But as soon as I started doing rope pushdowns the triceps veins started to come out to play. During rope hammers my forearms were spider webs. Love that feeling.
Endurance: 7/10 Not much to endure really.

Nice couple of sessions bro. I know exactly how you feel about squats. to know for sure that on any day in the gym you could load up and squat 4 plates, is a great feeling.

Pump: 9.5/10 Legs were screaming pumped and tight after back squats. Veins coming out and huge. Measured when I got home and they were 27".
Endurance: 9/10 Felt like going on and on and on. Hence the 10 sets of 10 leg extensions as a finisher

I also completely blame noxygen for the tears in my favorite squat t-shirt...
