6/13/14-DL day- nothing crazy, still getting back into the swing of things. I'm still too chicken to use NOxygen before my dl sessions.

Deadlift
135 x 10, 10
185 x 10
225 x 5
255 x 5
285 x 5
325 x 10

Bent over rows
185 for 5 sets of 10

Good mornings
3 x 8

No better way to spend a Friday evening than knocking out some dl work!

Haha I was afraid of doing it too, but I haven't had any lower back pump issues thus far.

I sometimes get pretty stiff in my lower back after a couple of dl sets, making it difficult to walk, so I'm a little skeered, lol.

Thanks, WildBill! It wasn't very long ago that I couldn't pull 315 once myself. Keep hammering away at it. It will come.

6/14/14- shoulders and arms- I am still easing back into my routine, but I am feeling good and my motivation is climbing. The extra endurance afforded me by NOxygen really helps out on this day. Even though it is really just an accessory day, it is my longest training session of the week. By the end of the session my bi's were so pumped that it started to limit my range of motion. Suhweet!

Seated shoulder press
bar x 20
95 x 10
135 x 5
165 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 5

rep work
135 for 5 sets of 10

BTB's power shrug hell
135 x 12, 12, 12
225 x 12, 12, 12
315 x 10, 10, 10
405 x 8- Some folks want them moves like Jagger, but I'm working on getting them traps like BTB, lol.

DB preacher curls ss with db btn presses
4 x 12-15

lying cable curls ss with cable pressdowns
4 x 10-12

That's it. I now have two days off from weight training. I still have to do some sort of hiit tomorrow (probably gonna be pickup truck sprints or tire flips), but that's ezpz. Time for some relaxin'!

Nice work TDawg, that's awesome about the pump on accessory day. Glad you are enjoying it.

6/17/14- Squat day- running on very few carbs today (<100g) so it was a beyotch. I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to get as much done without my Purus Labs' NOxygen.

Squats
bar x 12
135 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 -I am still trying to nail down my squat form, so I did several sets here to try different stances. I settled on a low bar, super wide stance. It just feels so much better. I know super wide is normally not recommended unless you are using a squat suit, but this just feels natural for me and doesn't seem to bother my hip at all, a problem I have been having lately. I may have what Chris Duffin referred to as "Scottish Hip". I am of Irish descent, and Scottish Hip is, according to Chris, common among those of Northern European descent.
225 x 5
245 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3
345 x 5-

rep work
225 x 10, 10- I cut it off here. I was done. Time to get home and get some carbs in me.
