Well my car's transmission went out, well it drives but wont come out of 3rd gear so life should be getting real interesting here. Going to try and go today and hit bench but if not today then tomorrow, good thing gym is only 1 mile away!

Holy $hit.....my strength has really been affected by my caloric deficit, way more than I expected. LOL almost considering abandoning my cut, wow. bench and rack pulls really tested me. Wanted to do some hammer curls but I spent close to 5 mins looking for a match for 60lbs dumbbells so I moved on!

headed to dallas tomorrow afternoon (Lewisville) so I might hit gym tonight. There is a gym real close to the hotel but I don't want to risk missing. I uped my cals since I lost 3 lbs last week so hopefully I can bring it to 1.5lbs a week.

It's been awhile....... I've been in the gym just haven't had time to post..

I've been cutting for 5 weeks and have lost 15lbs with 8 lbs lost first week. My lifts and endurance through the workout have become extremely hard. My bench has decreased but squat and deads have increased but really drain me. I think fear is fucking with me on bench but I'm NOT going to fall from 225, it's taken me forever to get there!

I have started dropping weight on bench and doing pause reps after my heavy reps. Finally my strength has leveled out on the bench, I actually got a rep back. I would like to get back to 230 by july. everything went smooth, rear delt flyes were a little disappointing.

Ha squats were very interesting in the middle of the workout....man im so ready for this 3 day weekend, pacers on Saturday and Monday and the indy 500 on sunday.....hope all enjoy and stay safe
