Default Am I eating enough? Please help

This is a typical meal plan in a day for for me.

I currently weigh 104kg and I am 6ft 2inches tall

Breakfast 7am:
3-4 eggs scrambled with 2 slices of whole meal toast

Protein shake 25g protein

10am
A few pieces of fruit and a yogurt

1pm
Tub of cottage cheese with crackers

4:30pm pre workout protein shake

5:30pm post workout protein shake

6:30 5 chicken breast wraps with veggies

After this time if I am hungry I will get a snack either another protein shake or some peanut butter on toast.

My goal is to gain some size
I currently go the gym 3x a week and use a 5x5 training full body similar to reg parks

I don't feel like this enough to consume daily but I am continuing to get stronger week by week and from photo evidence I can see differences

I just go by feel, and by observation and experience. Which it seems you are as well, and it apparently is working for you.

But, if you want to, there's the option of counting calories (approximately). Many websites will do this for you, along with various apps, etc.

Even if you do that just once, or every now and then, you might get a better idea of where you're at, and so on.

I'm exactly the same height as you, weigh a tiny bit less, but have a lower body fat %. All in all, quite similar. Anyway, I'd say you're doing okay. And yes, you can see the progress there, with the two images posted.

That looks like a cutting diet to me. You need to get busy at the buffet once or twice a day in addition to that. Forget about protein and put you attention on calories instead!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Looks like you consume way too many protein shakes and not enough whole food protein sources. I would shoot for some sort of lean protein at each meal, especially instead of that fruit and yogurt meal. Its best to try for some sort of lean protein at each meal, if possible, and then toss in a shake if you can't get to a whole food meal.

you barely eat anything! Your currently relying too much on protein powders. Aim for 200 grams protein from chicken/beef everyday. You can eat eggs once every 2 days. Ditch the current carbs you eat (toasts and wraps) and aim for 100 grams of quinoa, oatmeal or brown rice. Eat LOTS of greeb veggies too (unlimited portions). Stick to this diet and you will see very good improvement on muscle and you will actually shed fat at the same time.

not enough food. first off try and shoot for 50g protein 50 gram carb per meal. i personally am higher on both but try and hit that than adjust once you get to that point. everyone says they eat alot but when you actually write it down you realize its not much at all.
