Ordinary persons, do ordinary things. Extraordinary persons, do extraordinary things.

Steve, you are certainly an extraordinary person.

You have thrown your heart over the goal-fence, and the rest of you followed.
==============================================

As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.

(Henry David Thoreau)

Your goal has dominated your thoughts enough during the course of the day, and as you lived life, no matter the tribulations and issues you faced, to allow you to personally accomplish what you wanted out of your body. This is no easy bout. But, it was a match won with respect, determination, persistence, and consistency, and its one in which produced lessons learned, and a brand new you as a result.

Congrats, Steve, on your accomplishments. Losing 100lbs is not easy. Anyone who has walked the path to lose a lot of weight, knows the trials and tribulations that can come up that try to interfere with the personal goals one has. And, to persevere no matter what the issues are installs roots of growth no one can ever take from you.

Much respect your way, sir.

Don
