Animal Paks are supposed to be a more weight-training specific type of multivitamin, correct?

I currently use Vitamin Shoppe's house brand of whey, it's the cheapest I can find at about $50 for 79 servings.

I also use Carbo - Gain from NOW pharmaceuticals. It's just pure maltodextrin, I mix it with whey to make post workout shakes.

I take a daily multi from Garden of Life, as well as a fish oil capsule.

These are my staples.

I occasionally use pre-workout and when I do I really like 4D Pump from Image sports. I also buy bcaas when they are on sale and throw them in post and pre workout or cardio.

If anyone is looking for a great multi vitamin I highly recommend checking out this buying guide:

Now Ultra Omega 3: The highest dose per pill of epa and dha. Take 1 upon waking, 1 with dinner.

Vit D 5000 iu per day upon waking.

Creatine mono. SNS brand. 5g. On training days.

A preworkout. More on this at end.

BCAA pre/intra. Currently amino fusion by lecheek nutrition. (Logging on M&S). My goto however is Scivation Xtend. PES amino IV is really good but more high end. I'm not sold on essential amino acids yet. It's proven that a bolus of leucine drives MPS and I don't see how the small dose of leucine in eaa's can do this. For the record silk amino acids are a fukn joke. Don't waste your money. Studies have shown they are better than water. Lmao.

Brotein powder.
I currently have M&S isofuel, M&S premium series, Syntax Matrix, and MGN American Iso. I like vpx syngex too. All really good value proteins when you take into account serving size, Brotein content, and price shipped.

Multivitamin: very rarely do I take. Only on days I don't eat alot of vegetables and fruit, or if I'm sick. I have some ON optimen. The best is Gaspari Anavite imo.

Preworkout: just finished logging FitMax on another forum. Nice mild stim all around preworkout.

My faves:
ANS Ritual: Gives me squat PR'S religiously.
PNI Prodigy: I need more but when I took it I liked it.
Purus Labs Condense: simple effective gets results.

Non stim: Focus xt. Can't beat this stuff. Good also for studying, school, work, interviews etc.

Pump supplements:
ANS Dilate: Great long lasting value. One bottle gives you a mega ton of doses with 1 pill being enough to get you some extra blood in your muscles.

Fiber! Fiber is very important. I use chia seeds, ground flax, lots of dark leafy greens to hit my fiber target each day. Just ordered some psyllium husk powder as well. You want to kind of rotate your fiber choices every couple weeks.

Sleep supplement, I take some melatonin when I need to for quality sleep.

Vita-flex 4000 (joint supplement dosed for horses - basically just a megadose of MSM/Glucosamine)

Creatine

Optimum Nutrition Whey

NAC

Sometimes melatonin for sleep

The only PWO I use is jack3d really, and that is usually only on meet days or if I feel extra tired which is rare but does happen. I have tried cellucor C4 which I was not impressed with. I have tried Animal Rage, not impressed either...and I think that's it for this year. Edit: forgot about MusclePharm Assault PWO, which I thought was good. I would buy that again.
