That is awesome you can catch some games across the pond!

I am in Western Canada - Calgary, which is on the eastern slopes (Foothills) of the Canadian Rockies. April is generally pretty good, but unpredictable, being right next to the mountains and in a transition month from Winter to Spring.

The 150 felt a little too heavy, so i decided to reduce each set by 5 lbs but go for 1 extra rep each set - worked really well.

25 McGill style singles - about 10 seconds rest between each Vid of 1
