My schedule for this year, as of now, is an unsanctioned push/pull competition at the gym on May 31, and then a full meet through the APA on July 26. I don't know if I'll do another meet before the end of the year, but it would be nice to get another push/pull at the very least. I'm gonna give conjugate method a shot going into the May meet and see how I like it and if I make the kinds of gains I am looking for.

Thanks, Big Ravi!

Today was awesome! I finally got my mojo back and finally got in the gym.

(As always, weight x reps, Weight x sets x reps)

Working sets: 210x8x3. 2 sets wide grip, 3 medium, 3 close. I didn't experience the usual elbow/biceps/triceps strain like usual with close grip.
3 board press: 225x2x5. Just to get back in the groove, I kept the weight light.
Straight arm lat pulldowns: 50x12, 65x2x10
Triceps pushdowns: ?x2x10
Side lateral raises: 15x2x10
rear lateral raises: 15x2x10
Hammer curls: 20x20

Ready for some ME lowerbody tomorrow.

Yeah, it was a pretty easy day. I probably could've gone higher on board presses, but my triceps are for sure sore today! It is interesting to be doing a "Light" day. I don't feel like I'm doing as much, but I know that explosive power will be good to build up.
