Its an 'Eat whatever I want kind of day'!
Today is kind of a refeed / treat day for me, as was last night to an extent (Though I still came up 700 cals short lol) and I am going to share it with you guys.
Im still eating well and some standard meals but also what I want, what I've craved for months!
Do any of you guys do this now and then? Today is a rest day for me so I'm giving my body what it wants, plus other treats and for once I donít care. I'll probably feel guilty tomorrow cause I always do, I have eating disorders to thank for that!!
What is your go to 'rubbish meal' ?
I won't call it a cheat cause that's stupid. I believe in flexible dieting and having what you crave now and then won't kill you!!

An entire box of chocolate fingers. Sorry, not sorry!
It's only midday though!! No calorie limit for me today so long as I hit 225grams of protein or more, I'm happy
