Yep, as others have said, it's finding the higher calorie, less dense foods and using them to your advantage....kind of like this but in reverse:

Well beside the advice about eating you may want to take B-Complex which help stimulate the appetite and eat smaller meal like snacking which can help getting Kcal in!

Get yourself a blender. Made a huge difference to me. I often blend some of my meals I wouldn't have the appetite to eat. A favourite of mine is to blend a few cooked chicken breasts into a litre of milk with some oreos.
