I'm working on trying to get about 10 to 15 meals set up, and trying to keep it on budget (that's the hard part) but I really appreciate all the insight and tips, you guys are a huge help.

Budgeting isn't too hard dude! I have to do it and its easier than you think

Chicken thighs are cheaper than breasts
Beans! High in protein and fibre (Not sugary ones though)
Value frozen vegetables
Oats are hella cheap
Tuna is cheap
Rice is cheap and easy
Mince beef is cheap
Have burger patties or make them yourself
Check the reduced meat area of your store, its mad cheap and you can freeze it!
Buying chicken in bulk is cheaper
Bread is okay in moderate amounts
EGGS!!
You could make tuna burgers, those are really nice! (Tuna, an egg white and some red onion) - Yum!
Pittas are cheap
Regular potatoes in bulk
Spend a bit of extra time when grocery shopping looking at prices and comparing. Do shops at other stores if you have them local

Hope this helps buddy!! I have lots of experience in the budget bit!

You could make your own protein snacks as well dude, they can be as high or as low calories as you like
