Thanks man, im after the GBPF under 23, 83kg deadlift record of 252.5. Im at about 225-230 atm, my deadlift rep strength is poor compared to my singles.

That's great to hear ... Have you decided any time frame / plan for that working. The way you are going right now, I'm sure it is not very far ...

Well, that was weird, but cool. I don't train CGBP, but randomly decided to do some today, for the hell of it. Got 100kg (220.5lbs) x 4, which is really damn close to my current standard issue BP! I've hardly ever done this lift, and have never liked it (until now)...

Oh well! Either I have stronger triceps now (probably), weaker chest than I should (possibly), a narrow frame (definitely)... or yeah, some combination of those.

Whatever. I'm happy with it. Might even focus a bit more on CGBP for a while.

Strong work Dray ... your ability to do more wts. @CGBP will definitely get transferred to regular bench ... keep up the great work brother ...

I've got while 2017 to compete as an under 23. My goals for this year should take me where i need to get there. Dont often do singles, "build strength, dont test it"
