Thanks SB . Actually when I'm at the client site I train and stay about 40 minutes west of Denver. This weekend I'm staying in Denver for "fun" lol, so I probably won't train this weekend.

That being said, I'll definitely keep that gym in my repertoire!

2/24- BP + accessory in Denver in PM
190x9 -> + 5lbs and -1 rep on my 75% top set; tried for a 10th but it wouldn't go up

175x10

165x9

150x12


Added 1 rep to DB Arnold Press and 2 reps to Pendlay Rows
Added weight (but big drop in reps) for CGBP and Cable Crossover
New rear delt exercise (standing reverse fly using cable crossover machine)

Conditioning
Plate Swings: 45x50
Incline Treadmill: 1.25 miles @ 11% grade for 20 minutes

Nice benching. It seems like your lower body base isn't very stable. Your feet move around quite a bit. Otherwise it looks good to me!

Thank you very very much for that feedback! My foot position has always been a struggle. I find myself focusing so much on keeping my upper body tight that I temporarily forget to force out the knees, esp on high rep sets.

No problem, my main cue to keep things simple is just to try and push my heels through the floor.
