Default Increase one lift at time?

Do you guys think that trying to increase all 3 of your lifts at the same time is a mistake? Right now I am using the Coan/Phillipi 10 week Deadlift Routine and I'm wondering if I should still be trying to add weight to my squat and bench or will this hinder my progress?

simple answer would be no and just eat more if you think progress will be stalled on other lifts. some programs advocate that you dont train other lifts when you run them like the smolov routines, which say dont train your deadlift when you run them. otherwise just make sure you get enough calories in your system and i think you will be fine

Probably depends on what youve done before, run your bench like usual and for all I know keep your squatting the same.

No, unless you are on a specialization program like Sheiko.

Just get stronger, odds are you can move all 3 lifts.
