Quite enjoyable actually. I dont like the more repetitive cardio like running, but taekwondo is fun. As a bonus, this way I also get to work on my flexibility as well.

Lifting Day 19: 13th Feb 2014

Press
bar x 20
95 x 5
115 x 2
125 x 5
105 x 2 sets x 10

Cleans
115 x 4
135 x 2
145 x 3 sets x 3

Bench
bar x 20
95 x 7
115 x 2 sets x 15

Squats
bar x 12
145 x 2 sets x 15

Deadlifts
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
275 x 1
295 x 3

Crunches
2 sets x 20

Heavyish for press, cleans and deads. All the three lifts felt reasonably smooth, especially the press. Light weight high reps for bench and squats.

I should be able to get in a cardio session tomorrow and one more lifting session over the weekend. Then its travel time next week.

The volume and wts @your sessions always amazes me Pratik. If I try this kind of working it will take at least 2 hours and a day's rest for next session. You are also lifting some heavy wts along with volume ... keep up the beastly work brother ...

Thanks Ravi. I am trying to keep it manageable by cycling intensity. Heavy weights in the first 2 lifts = light in last 3, or vice-versa
