Haven't been logging much, been busy and trying to fit everything together made me forget about the log.

AminoD:
Taste: 9/10 Has been awesome. I find myself craving for the taste.
Mixability: 10/10 Perfect.
Recovery: 9/10 Have been tired and busy lately and rest times are divine. With this in hand my workouts take the same amount of time as usual instead of 3 hours haha.

With big carb meals it is AMAZING. It takes away the bloat and adds peace to eating a lot in one sitting. Haven't really noticed any kinds of pumps, but I'm thinking that'll change once I drop some weight.

Slinshot: Now that I am dropping weight and on restricted calories I can make the most of slinshot. It feels like it helps me absorb more carbs when I finally get them in. I now feel the food pumps that Randoja spoke of earlier. 9/10
